Saint Peter retires and you take over his work.

Judge and send souls to heaven or hell depending on their life actions.

It's a more complicated task than it looks, and you can easily get fired if you do anything wrong. Kingdoms require balance.

Heaven needs to maintain a high level of faith, unlike Hell.

Kingdoms need to keep souls entertained.

Karma must remain balanced.

Realms have to stay on their terms, otherwise they risk becoming unbalanced and losing their function!
