I'm not alone on this project, and I'm only going to talk about my personal experience here, so other team members may have different points of view or may have had different experiences during the game jam.

Wow! What a game jam! A lot of work with about 30 hours of development, this is the jam I am most proud of my work and the feedback we received.
Working as a team with a kanban board at the start of the project really motivated me to complete small tasks quickly and add value to the game fast. The teamwork went well and was responsive, with new ideas proposed as we went along that didn't disrupt what already existed.
Being able to have high-quality custom designs is incredible!

This was also the first time I had playtesters. It added so much that it's frustrating not to have them before for the other jams. Thanks again to everyone who helped and improved the game just by playing it.
And a big thank you to my two teammates braise_ice and will266 who did a great job!

A great experience that I want to repeat!
